The composition varies based on availability and daily production. It is not possible to choose individual sweets.

Classic amaretti: sugar, ALMONDS, EGG WHITE, BITTER ALMONDS, honey, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates (WHEAT); lemon flavouring.

Orange amaretti: ALMONDS, EGG YOLKS, honey, BITTER ALMONDS, orange flavouring, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates (WHEAT).

Gueffus: ALMONDS, sugar, water, honey, BITTER ALMONDS, rum, lemon flavouring, vanillin.

Pabassine di frolla: WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, lard, EGGS, HAZELNUTS, salt, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates (WHEAT); lemon flavouring, vanillin, "saporita" spice mix.

Pabassine di saba: saba, cooked grape must, WHEAT FLOUR, ALMONDS and BITTER ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, sugar, sultanas, EGGS, honey, MILK, salt, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates (WHEAT), orange and lemon flavourings, vanillin, "saporita" spice mix.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Close the package tightly after opening.

To best appreciate their fragrance and flavour, we recommend consuming the sweets preferably within approximately 10 days, storing them tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light.

To ensure maximum freshness of our sweets, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received from Wednesday onwards are prepared near the shipping date and entrusted to the courier at the beginning of the following week, avoiding stops during the weekend.

Shipments are made via express courier, with delivery generally within 48–72 working hours from dispatch.
