Our story
A family story since 1973
For over fifty years we have been preserving our family recipes and the passion that Grandma Teresina passed down to us.
Our story
A small pastry shop
in the heart of Pula
The story of Dolceria began with the great passion of Grandma Teresina, who, even as a child, showed a natural aptitude for Sardinian confectionery art.
Teresina married Grandpa Lullucio, a farmer, and at the Abis home, there was never a shortage of almonds, grape must, and wheat: simple and genuine ingredients, deeply connected to the local tradition.
It was in this way that, in 1973, Teresina decided to establish her workshop, involving her children Ignazia, Sergio, and Marco. Today, with the arrival of the third generation represented by Francesco, Dolceria Abis continues to preserve and carry on the Sardinian confectionery tradition with the same passion as always.
