A rich, crumbly pastry shell holds a deep and enveloping filling, made with saba, dried fruit, sultanas, and spices. Caschettas alla Saba bring the most intense aromas of Sardinian confectionery tradition to the table, with a full and harmonious sweetness.

Ingredients:saba (cooked grape must), wheat flour, almonds and bitter almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, sugar, raisins, eggs, honey, milk, salt, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates (wheat), flavorings (orange, lemon), vanillin, "saporita" spice mixture. The dough may also contain: apricot, raspberry, cherry, myrtle paste, sugar, glucose syrup, pectin, myrtle berries, colorings; wheat flour, eggs, milk, wheat starch, raising agents, flavorings; cocoa, hazelnuts, pistachios, vegetable fats, whey, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin.

To best appreciate their fragrance and flavour, we recommend consuming the sweets preferably within approximately 10 days, storing them tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light.

To ensure maximum freshness of our sweets, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received from Wednesday onwards are prepared near the shipping date and entrusted to the courier at the beginning of the following week, avoiding stops during the weekend.

Shipments are made via express courier, with delivery generally within 48–72 working hours from dispatch.
