A crumbly shortcrust pastry enriched with hazelnuts and a delicate blend of spices. Abis Pabassine Shortbread combines simplicity, aroma, and texture in a dessert that evokes family recipes and Sardinian tradition.

Ingredients:wheat flour, sugar, lard, eggs, hazelnuts, salt, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates (wheat); lemon flavouring, vanillin, "saporita" spice mixture.

To best appreciate their fragrance and flavour, we recommend consuming the sweets preferably within approximately 10 days, storing them tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light.

To ensure maximum freshness of our sweets, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received from Wednesday onwards are prepared near the shipping date and entrusted to the courier at the beginning of the following week, avoiding stops during the weekend.

Shipments are made via express courier, with delivery generally within 48–72 working hours from dispatch.
